Pet Portraits

A couple of years ago I found myself, like most of the people in the UK, with some time on my hands. Not knowing what to do, and needing to let off some creative steam, I decided to get back into painting. Since then I've rediscovered my love of art and created a range of animal based prints and cards (available above from my shop) . After this I started getting commissions from friends and family and decided to add pet portraits as a service. 

If you'd like me to paint your pets portrait you can get in touch below and we can arrange for you to send me a picture to work from. I work from photographs, the more detailed the photo, the more detailed the painting.  My turn around it normally two weeks although the painting itself takes around 7 hours on average to complete. I can sometimes complete a commission on short notice if needed so if you need your portrait sooner then get in touch. 

I will usually film the whole process and post it on my YouTube channel "the crafting chez" so that you can watch your painting being made (in fast forward of course as they can take up to 12 hours to complete). Unfortunately though, for those images painted at short notice, this may not be possible. 

Portraits are 6inch square, acrylic paint on wood and cost £75. This includes UK postage and presentation an 8 inch square white card mount. If you are outside of the UK then please contact me for a price including international postage.

The images below don't do the paintings justice. If you're in the area though you can always pop into the shop to see an actual painting and discuss your needs.
